BIO
Ana has led workforce development efforts across higher education, nonprofit, and economic development organizations, specializing in scaling initiatives for impact—whether launching them from the ground up or refocusing and reinvigorating existing programs. She is known for driving regional workforce initiatives including a city-wide internship program, a $20M statewide investment in internships, and the expansion of workforce-focused microcredentials and digital badging in a university setting.
Central to her work is facilitating cross-sector partnerships and she has extensive experience engaging K-12 systems, private sector organizations, public workforce systems, community colleges, research universities, nonprofits, state agencies, and chambers of commerce. A Fulbright Scholar, Ana holds degrees from Harvard University and Boston College and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
