She is known for driving regional workforce initiatives including a city-wide internship program, a $20M statewide investment in internships, and the expansion of workforce-focused microcredentials and digital badging in a university setting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Central to her work is facilitating cross-sector partnerships and she has extensive experience engaging K-12 systems, private sector organizations, public workforce systems, community colleges, research universities, nonprofits, state agencies, and chambers of commerce.
